1800 West Loop

Kylie and Jennifer worked on this 21,370 SF project together with Nimble Design and Transwestern.  Nimble had some amazing conceptual designs for the space and Kylie and Jennifer made them code compliant and buildable.  Kylie crafted some amazing fly-through videos for marketing and assisted Jennifer on the construction documents as we translated the concepts into materials and components that would get a building permit and comply with accessibility codes. The floor of this downtown office building was built to become suites finished with their own look and built to be leased to a tenant ready to move in. A large amenities area is shared by all of the tenants to include meeting areas and a large coffee bar and work space.
