Berkadia

This 7,506 SF office for an investment and banking firm features a branded reception with a unique custom mural. Evolving from an opaque design on a wall behind the coffee bar to a transparent image on glass panels, the mural separates the open office while still allowing in natural light. Other custom murals were included to motivate the break room and work areas with company values and were balanced with a printed plant wall for biometric therapy. Suspended lights provide visual interest while direct/indirect lights create kinder computer viewing.
