Located on the 18th floor, Brown rented 6,575 square feet to accommodate future growth by subleasing the corner part of the suite temporarily. The aesthetics of the office were to be comfortable for their clients of all age groups but with a local flair, which tends to be more relaxed than some of the Northeast offices. We referred to this visual combination as “Austin with a bowtie.”
The neutral palette comes to life with textural changes ranging from the bleached wood paneling and sandwiched lights, wallcoverings, area rugs, booth fabrics, and flooring materials. Punches of Brown’s blue logo appear as highlights with the compliment of yellow in the brass accents.
