Flat Irons Solutions

This aerospace software company established their second US office in Austin. We designed a 7,787 SF collaborative environment filled with glass while representing their brand with the color palette. The reception ceiling extends into the elevator lobby to invite visitors. Multiple clocks display the time zones of their offices around the globe. Details reminiscent of airplane craftsmanship are sprinkled throughout the office, including rounded walls, exposed rivets, and finned and coved lighting. To increase the interest in an open office space, bold patterns of carpet and angled lighting were introduced. When the CFO moved to another company, Jennifer was asked to design his new office as well.
