Owners of this condominium relocated from Seattle where wine storage facilities were everywhere to house the local goods. The Texas Hill country has also established itself with decorated vineyards so Dripping Springs was a good location for access to the wineries as well as access to Austin and San Antonio.

Half of the space was needed to refrigerate collections of wine to maintain the ultimate 55-degree temperature with 75% humidity. A custom 1,100 square foot walk in refrigerator was created with insulated wall and ceiling panels and doors and an HVAC system with redundancy.

A mezzanine was created to extend the gathering space for visitors to enjoy their wine collections as well as to house the offices.
