This premier home builder in Central Texas wanted a cozy, residential office as well as a showroom to give their clients a place to browse selections for their new home. The two story, 8,976 SF space created a perfect reception for waiting clients, including niches for photographed model homes. Overlooking this area was the office component, creating a buzz where the hustle of the office is tidied away from the showroom. Showroom lighting is simple and adaptable for the evolving product showcase.
