Scott Felder Homes

This 16,000 two story building was purchased by this premier home builder to become their new headquarters. The first floor was used primarily for their showroom for their home buyers to make selections. The second floor became their offices.  The bathrooms and connecting stairs were renovated in the same qualities as the remainder of the building with residential flair while satisfying commercial building codes. Highlighted niches create the entry to the offices to display photographs of the communities they developed.
