Upstart

A third of this 10,700 square foot space was an existing suite with great views and character that set the tone for expanding the space with some branding for the new tenant.  This prime real estate location host sites on Barton Springs and the Long Center and by opening up the other exterior faces with an open office, other landmarks of the City can also be viewed throughout the open office.  Some of the lighting was changed to colorful felt fixtures that simulated Upstart’s logo and branding colors.  A new break room was created with the same lighting and a fun mural of the neighboring Barton Springs landmark while keeping the materials similar to the existing coffee bar.  A new reception desk was added and some wood walls to integrate the company’s corporate standard furniture.
